Well we made it through another weekend. Saturday after exercising which I must tell you is what Emily and Zach think I do at my job. I could only wish! We headed to Ludington. For Mothers Day I decided to treat myself to a Dairy Queen Ice cream cake. I had not had one for ever and it sounded so good. So yeah for Mothers Day an excuse to indulge in something that makes me think of Summer! No nap so not so good for the kids. We played outside. That pretty much ended the day! Oh except for the super fit Emily decided to throw at bed time. After 20 mins of I want to Read Fly away kite she passed out.
Sunday was Mothers Day. The kids got mommy one of her favorite movies Yes if you know me it is Dirty Dancing. I get told all the time I look like Jennifer Grey before the nose job. Is that good or bad?????? Then it was off to church. Where I had to watch other peoples kids. Happy Mothers Day to me! and my kids wanted to stay with me. I know they love their mommy! Lunch, Nap then the grandparents came to visit and I was able to take a few moments and complete a dress I was working on for myself. So I guess all in all it was a good day for mom, favorite movie, favorite Ice cream cake and and a few minutes to sew! Happy mothers day to all moms, to be moms and not moms. Hope you had a special day like me!

You M.D. sounds like mine. Sewing and Ludington. Although I chose a beer/pizza at Sportsmans vs. ice cream cake. Same caloric intake I'm sure!
